4. Each bid winner should transfer the money that you promised into the chosen currency account within 10 days（before August, 17）. After that, don’t forget to send e-mail to notify the account holder. Format of confirmation e-mail is as following:

5. Once the account holders received the buyer’s remittance, they will notify the auction provider by sending a confirmation message as well as to publish on the related thread. Then the auction provider will arrange to send the goods to the buyer as soon as possible.
6. The sellers must guarantee the offering item is in good quality.
7. VIFC will announce all the taking from the auction in August, and all the money will be managed as VIFC 3V07 Charity Fund and to be used in the public charity activities in the name of VIFC in future.
