re CD ordering, can follow remittance info from relevant posts.
as for payment,
(1) should deposit money into VIFC's bank account (Bank of China); or
(2) for members' convenience can deposit into my personal account (HSBC) if necessary; or
(3) to remit money to me via "Western Union" or "Moneygram" , you will need my full name and address for this. remit money through these agents will help saving some handling fees, as they are less expensive than the bank.
