いつもお洒落でスタイリッシュな吳建豪（ヴァネス・ウー）。しかし、現在撮影中のドラマ『拜金女王』では、映画『セックス・アンド・ザ・シティ2』の衣装を担当したパトリシア・フィールドにより、短パンにチェック柄のシャツ、黒縁メガネでお宅に変身。「まだ豪宅（豪華な自宅）は買っていないけど、まず自らが豪宅（豪華なお宅）になった」と冗談を言ったヴァネス。共演者のリン・ホンは、「ヴァネスは格好良くて、スタイル抜群のお宅だわ！」と笑いながら話してた。
　また、撮影が急ピッチで行われているドラマ『拜金女王』のため、ハリウッドの仕事を断ったというヴァネス。「今回はハリウッドに進出することはできなかったけれど、ハリウッド級のデザイナーであるパトリシアにお宅を手がけてもらったのは、僕が初めてだと思う」と話していた。
