I drink about 3 cartons of milk a week, so after seeing these Milk Blazers I had to find away to get these. My friend Runyo from Nike China sent these to me about 2 weeks ago and it surprised the shit out of me when it came in a real milk carton. I was expecting just a plain SB box like the ones sold here domestically. The face on the carton is actually Jeff, the owner of Fly Street Wear in Beijing and Shanghai. Jeff’s a really cool guy a true pioneer in our culture for the last 10 years…almost unheard of in China, a great skater too. You can find our stuff at his store.
Ooo~~~….blooooooggggg……..I feel like I just dropped 25cents into a arcade game I don’t even know how to play…..don’t really Blog….but thought…hey wtf not~ anywayzz…..for those who don’t know who I am, or want my affiliation is with Triumvir allow me to tickle-fickle your brainy a minute.
I’m the guy who helped Brandon start up Triumvir. When B first approached me and told me about his at the moment dim light bulb….I really didn’t know what or how to think actually…..all I knew was if and when I’m old and grey, with grand kiddies on my lap telling stories of all the shit I’ve been thru…his name would definitely have been spoken as the dickface asshole who gets me most….so referring back to my bio….I founded Triumvir on pure belief of friendship….
I don’t tell him what to do, or where I think he should go with the brand, all I say to him is…”When is the new hott shitz coming out? And when I’ma gettin it????….I DON’T CARE IF IT’S A SAMPLE..!!!”

We’re finally back online after a near 2 month hiatus. A lot has changed in Triumvir since then, both business and personal. In these months we’ve seen friends depart the company, felt the stab as old alliances broke away, and felt the purpose as new alliances are gained, and the resentment felt as friendships are put to the test when mistakes are misconceived by the mere purpose of direction. At times it feels like everything we’ve worked for has turned into ashes, but it is only in hard times like this will the Phoenix arise again.
People come and go in business, and do take this into consideration when your dad tells you that friendship and business don’t mix well together. Just recently our long time friend / sales rep, Marques had to reconsider his place in this world and move to Texas to start anew. Marques was also serving as a soldier in the reserves while working here at Triumvir. He was a good soldier who I definitely would have trusted if I were in combat along side him; however without a good leader there would be no good soldiers; and this we are guilty of. Thanks Marques, really enjoyed watching you scare the shit out of all the people coming in and out of the office.
Jon Vaughn, our commando grunt, our little bro, it’s really quiet without you here in the office anymore. It is one thing being around the world at an early age and another when you are an adolescent searching for your place. Godspeed, see you in China really soon.
Alliances are temporary and meant to be broken at the right strategic moment, but every now and then you let your guard down and make allies that have already marked the point of entry to stab you in the back. This is a cut-throat industry missing the word “shame” in its dictionary, but no matter which way the hilt is held, the tip will be redirected at another time…
We’ve been around for a few years now, and in the beginning we’ve always felt that showing our faces should be the last priority on our list. The first priority should be the companies’ interests, and then the groups, and lastly the individuals, however though at times this can be misconceiving. Sometimes leaders are not chosen but accepted by the individual who feels that there is a need of structure and unity; however, I do feel in this particular situation, it was due to a lack of communication among peers. The allegiance of the Triumvirates had just about met its end this summer, but was reborn again after each one of us realized that there will be no Triumvir if the bond was broken.
Quang – thanks for being a sarcastic photographer
Bart, Kevin, Erik, and the rest of the 530 Media group – thanks for the effort

We will be releasing the Gil Elvgren tees in black, white, and our web exclusive yellow tomorrow morning. We were able to obtain a license with legendary American pin-up artist the late Gil Elvgren for this special release. A total of 350 pieces will be released worldwide this week in select boutiques. Each shirt comes with a red Legio XIII tote bag so you don’t have to waste paper and plastic anymore…use it..!
LEGIO XIII..?
This is our special release project from Triumvir. Produced in limited runs, and sold to select boutiques worldwide at limited quantities per store…
So what does LEGIO XIII mean..?
After the end of the Gallic wars, the Roman senate refused Caesar his second consulship, ordered him to give up his commands, and demanded he return to Rome to face prosecution. Forced to choose either the end of his political career, or civil war, Caesar brought Legio XIII across the Rubicon river and into Italy. The legion remained faithful to Caesar during the resulting civil war between Caesar and the conservative Optimates faction of the senate, whose legions were commanded by Pompey. Legio XIII was active throughout the entire war, fighting at Dyrrhachium (48 BC) and Pharsalus (48 BC). After the decisive victory over Pompey at Pharsalus, the legion was to be disbanded, and the legionaries “pensioned off” with the traditional land grants. However, the legion was recalled for the Battle of Thapsus (46 BC) and the final Battle of Munda (45 BC).
