For spending of HK$500 or above at Maritime Square designated shop *<receipts from shops and services mentioned in Point 1 below are excluded> and using either type of e-payment methods (including credit card, EPS or Octopus). Each set of valid receipts should be in a combination of original same day computer receipts, each amounted HK$100 or above from TWO or more different shops and corresponding counterfoils of credit card, EPS or Octopus (Receipts of cash payment are not accepted for this promotion). shoppers are entitled to redeem ONE VanNess’s Autograph pass at the redemption counter on Level 3 at Maritime Square. Quota of Autograph pass is limited and served on first-come first-served basis; offer is limited while stock lasts.
Using the autograph pass can participate VanNess Autograph event that hold on 5 June, 2011, at Maritime Square Level one Fantasy Island, 2:30pm. Attending Participants can redeem VanNess document folder with his signature and VanNess CD redemption coupon during 5 June, 2011. Participants can redeem One CD at our customer service counter from 25 July to 24 Aug, 2011 upon showing VanNess CD redemption coupon.

Terms & Conditions:
1. *Receipts from the following shops or services will NOT be accepted for this promotion : Hong Thai Travel, purchase from MTR retail shops, supermarkets, temporary promotion booth, any repayment, bank payment, add-value service, leasing or purchase of real estate or office property, purchase of stamps, foreign exchange service, F & B memberships, banquet receipts, car wash or car polishing and detailing, gift vouchers, cash coupons or shopping coupons from shop tenants (e.g. cake redemption coupon, dining coupon, food coupon, phone card and newspaper redemption coupon etc.), transportation tickets (e.g. air ticket, train ticket & ferry ticket), ticketing service (e.g. musical performance & concert tickets, any theme park or museum tickets), 999.9 gold purchase and gold installment (except gold accessories).
2. Original receipt for any deposit made on the promotion date is valid for this promotion but outstanding balance will NOT be counted.
3. For the benefit of participating merchants and customers, receipts must be computer printed and have a clear merchant name. Receipts of cash or cash coupon payment or written receipts are NOT accepted for this promotion. Photocopied, duplicate receipts are NOT eligible for the redemption.
4. Shoppers are requested to present the correspond card for promoter’s verification when presenting an unsigned e-payment counterfoils. Promoter at the redemption counter has the right to collect the original receipts & counterfoils provided by shoppers to photocopy, stamp and record the details for verification.
5. Each valid original computer receipt can be used for redemption once and used for one promotion program only (except Octopus reward program), duplicate use is not allowed; any unused amount will be void.
6. Shoppers must have a full set of original computer receipts and counterfoils when queuing. No addition to or any change of the receipts and counterfoils will be allowed once verified.
7. Maritime Square Management Office reserves the right to apply crowd control measures.
8. For the reason of justice, staff and their family members of Maritime Square Management Office, its marketing agency and tenants are NOT allowed to participate in this promotion.
9. Maritime Square Management Office reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Maritime Square Management Office shall be final.
