1.捐出任何有关VanNess物品作为本次筹集3V07慈善基金拍卖会拍品的会员，须在VI论坛特定的慈善拍卖区开帖，公示拍品的相关信息，如物品名称，主要说明，货品照片和底价等等。

Dateline of auction offering will be July 30, 2010.
2 Member who wants to buy an item from the auction should reply to the related thread directly, with bidding price and indicate the exact currency. For example: 87RMB; 87HKD

4. Each bid winner should transfer the money that you promised into the chosen currency account within 10 days（before August, 17）. After that, don’t forget to send e-mail to notify the account holder. Format of confirmation e-mail is as following:

5. Once the account holders received the buyer’s remittance, they will notify the auction provider by sending a confirmation message as well as to publish on the related thread. Then the auction provider will arrange to send the goods to the buyer as soon as possible.
6. The sellers must guarantee the offering item is in good quality.
7. VIFC will announce all the taking from the auction in August, and all the money will be managed as VIFC 3V07 Charity Fund and to be used in the public charity activities in the name of VIFC in future.
8. VIFC reserves full rights of the final explanation to this activity. If you have any question or suggestion about the project, please feel free to leave a message by replying to this thread. We’ll reply you as soon as possible.
